The middle of the week brings Black Panther, who gives me the message that we may be experincing a period of low energy, hoplessness, sadness or depression. She says, “This darkness is an opportunity to face your fears and embrace your Shadow Self, the part of you that you believe is unwanted, unloved or somehow unacceptable.” She continues, saying, “All of us are desreving of love and compassion. Even those parts of yourself that you believe are unworthy deserve to be loved. When you are able to accept this truth, true and profound healing will follow.”
